Jameson International Brand Ambassador Programme

The Jameson International Brand Ambassador Programme offers the opportunity to work as a Brand Ambassador in an international market. With over 70 Brand Ambassadors in 40 international markets from Spain to China, India to Indonesia, Australia to Angola, the programme offers the opportunity to kick start your career in sales and marketing and gain international experience with excellent opportunities for career progression. Brand Ambassadors work in conjunction with local sales and marketing teams in planning, development and implementation of Jameson brand strategy in their respective markets. The Jameson International Brand Ambassador Programme has provided the launch pad for many current employees in Irish Distillers and our sister Pernod Ricard companies across the globe.

We look for creative, innovative, self-starters and call this ‘Serious Character’. Brand Ambassadors are required to work, travel, and live in an international market and should have strong business acumen, a passion for brand marketing and sales and, that ‘Serious Character’.

All roles require a full clean driving licence, experience in a sales or marketing environment is an advantage and as this is an international position, speaking an international language to intermediate or fluent level will be a distinct advantage. Your time on the programme will kick off with an intensive three-week training programme in Irish Distillers Head Office, Dublin as part of our award-winning development programme called ‘Distill Your Own Success’.

The Jameson International Brand Ambassador Programme starts with an immersive 3-week onboarding programme as part of our programmes ‘Distill Your Own Success’ development offering. Our Brand Ambassadors learn everything they need to set them up for success before traveling to their assigned international market. WEEK 1 is all about getting to know our company, and our people, how to build strong foundations for personal and professional growth. WEEK 2 focuses on getting to know the strategy behind the Jameson brand. This week is all about our history, heritage, and production process in the heart of our home of the brand, Midleton Distillery, Co. Cork. WEEK 3 kicks off with Brand Ambassador learning about content creation and how to pitch an idea. They visit our bottling site in Dublin and as they get ready to travel to their markets we focus on well-being through mindfulness, movement, meditation, and through personal development coaching. Onboarding includes workshops, presentations, panel discussions, events and guest speakers to ensure our Brand Ambassadors have everything they need to high the ground running.
