Investment banking internship

FAQs:

As an investment banking intern, expect to be hands on and actively contribute to your team’s work from day one. Alongside this, you’ll likely be given your own small project to work on, such as researching a market. You’ll also have access to formal training, networking and social events, and insights into different areas of investment banking.

Most investment banks run internship programmes during the summer for 8 to 12 weeks, usually from July to September. However, they also run ‘off-cycle’ internships at different times of the year, which may be longer. Investment banks also run shorter work experience schemes, often called insight programmes or spring weeks, which can be anything from a day to a fortnight.
