We are thrilled to offer a position on our award-winning Graduate Programme.

The Allianz Graduate Programme spans three years and comprises four dynamic rotations within Allianz. Throughout the Programme, you will embark on three rotations at Allianz Ireland and one international rotation with one of our global affiliates.

We offer two distinct graduate pathways tailored to your background: General Insurance and Data and Analytics. Both pathways will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in your chosen field and make a significant impact within our organization.

To enter you need to:

The award is open to students from all universities and degree disciplines.
Be in third or final year of undergraduate course.
Be on track to attain a minimum of 2:1.
Have the right to work in the European Union after graduation.

‍ How do I win?

Complete the application form, answer two questions set out by Allianz and complete the online tests by the 3rd of February.
