To enter you need to:

• Be a female undergraduate student with an interest in leadership and gender equality.
• Be an undergraduate student in any discipline.
• Be on track to attain a 2:1.
• Have the right to work in the EU after graduation.

Complete the application form, answer three questions set out by Deloitte and complete the online tests by the 3rd of February.
