Are you the Agriculture Graduate we are looking for?

The award-winning PTSB Graduate Talent Programme 2025 is now accepting applications for our Agriculture Graduate (Retail Banking stream)

You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to different departments of Retail, business critical projects, and a fast-paced environment, all while completing four x 6 month rotations in Dublin and Munster:

• Product Management (Dublin) – 6 months

• Credit Risk (Dublin) – 6 months

• Business Banking (Munster) – 12 months

This role will be most suited to 2024/ 2025 graduates from Agricultural Science or Agricultural Business background, in addition to having a genuine interest in Finance, Farm Finance and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance).
