Position Overview

Join us in a pivotal role that shapes the future of educational quality and student success. As our Quality Assurance Executive, you'll be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our academic standards while ensuring compliance with QQI frameworks and data protection regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive QQI process implementation and maintenance across new and existing programmes
  • Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis and market research to inform curriculum development
  • Establish and manage robust feedback collection systems to enhance student experience
  • Collaborate with faculty to optimize course quality and learning outcomes
  • Implement and monitor data protection protocols in compliance with GDPR
  • Develop and maintain internal monitoring systems for quality assurance
  • Support module development and accreditation processes
  • Analyse student engagement metrics and feedback to drive improvements
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality assurance initiatives and outcomes

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Recent Graduate within last 3 years
  • Strong understanding of QQI frameworks and quality assurance processes in education
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data protection requirements
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone with an undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Business, or similar, who combines attention to detail with strategic thinking, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
