The Role

Structured Onboarding Programme tailored specifically for our graduate to introduce them to the company's culture, values, mission, and policies.

Continuous evaluation and improvement: weekly meetings with programme mentor

Partnered with mentors and graduate buddy who provide guidance, support, and career advice.

Targeted technical training to develop job-specific skills relevant to their roles. This could include training on software tools, data analysis techniques, or industry-specific knowledge.

Opportunities to participate in cross-functional projects that expose graduate to different areas of the company. This allows graduate to gain hands-on experience, collaborate with colleagues from various backgrounds, and broaden their skill sets.

Our graduate programme is a 2-year rotation, during which you will take part in 7 challenging rotations including:

Year 1

• Marketing
• IT
• Customer Engagement
• Finance

Year 2

• Commercial
• Axium Trading / Brokerage
• Business Development Operations / Sales

The recruitment process

2 stage interview process commencing in April for placement in September

• Third level qualification required
• Experience in client facing roles beneficial
• Experience in administration work beneficial
• Good understanding of the basic principles of customer service
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
• A full driving license is desirable
